When many people think of business, they think of the guy in the suit. You know, the one walking down the street with the brief case and shiny shoes. He is always headed to work. He is prim, he is proper, and don’t forget, he is perpetually boring.
Today, that stereotype is being changed. Businesses aren’t always looking for that straight-cut, boring guy. Business want people who are creative. People who can get their ideas across and most importantly, sold. Liberal arts and English majors applaud! You are needed for a field outside of your “normal realm.” Businesses hire people who can be creative for them. They need people who can write well and write convincingly. This goes past the normal “business” major. Anyone can help in the business world.
You still might have to wear a suit.
